When we think of cake, most of us think of a round or sheet cake. Well that’s no longer the case. In todays world of Reality TV, dogs being taken for a walk via what used to be baby strollers and phones that are not only used to talk but basically run our lives for us, we can always count of food to bring a smile to our faces.

However the cakes that are being made today are not only a pleasure to taste but they are also a pleasure to see. Some even to the extreme that they are not recognizable as food anymore. They are truly a work of art.

I found this article not too long ago and found it gave me a push to move forward and not settle into this economy. Although it’s a bit old,  I think it’s still relevant.
